Good beds, knowledgeable friendly staff, quiet floor but a bit pricier than I'd like.

Location was great for me as I was day-tripping a lot from Bologna and it's directly across from Bologna Centrale. Bed was great; good sleeps, very comfortable and firm enough mattress for my liking.

a bit expensive for the overall value by Italian hotel standards, I believe.

The hotel was renovated but there were rumors due to ongoing work! It was cold and there were no heating in the room! The renovated rooms were much better than before!

I was expecting the worst, but I had such a pleasant surprise.

The small bar is run by a guy who is friendly and helpful and can pour a good drink. He is also interested in food, and has s small menu covering local delicacies. Excellent snacks at very good prices in a pleasant atmosphere. Next time I nave to transfer in the station, i shall make my way over to the Mercure bar….so much better, so much nicer. Excellent.

Location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast spread was ample and the staff were very helpful.

The toilet in our room had a stench that seems to originate from the WC. The water faucet were also difficult to control, making the water being too hot or too cold. The room heater was also too hot.

great position, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, very useful co-working space in the lobby

rooms, and bathrooms in particular, a bit old-fashioned; they had construction works starting drilling at 8am.

Super close to the train station. Some modernization

No WiFi in the rooms, construction noises, and no safeguards to keep guests out of construction zones. We accidentally pushed the wrong button on the lift and ended up on a floor with no lights and full of construction materials

Ok but not great

Location was good. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The shower had good water pressure. The bed was comfortable.

Room was dated and needed work done on it. Breakfast was average as it had no bread and toasting facilities. The scrambled eggs were sloppy, the bacon's cold and the juice was in very short supply. The air conditioner didn't cool.

I would stay here again. It was in a very convenient location. The room was nice and the breakfast was great

I loved the location. The room was also nice. The breakfast buffet was a great deal

the place is very convenient!

I brought a portable wine glass with me to test wine there as a part of my work. Sadly that wine glass was thrown away accidentally by housekeeping. Although it came back on the next day, this bother me, because I need a WINE GLASS to do my work at that night. But the front desk and the bar would only give me Water Glass unless I bought a glass of wine. It was not expansive, but I think the Hotel should just borrow me a wine glass, because the mistake was done by staffs of the hotel.

The location is great good, close to the central square of the city, also on the plus side was the fact that we were able to leave our bags at the hotel on a date unrelated to the period when we would check in

Around the hotel I did not feel safe from the afternoon onwards, also the infrastructure of the hotel although maintained is very old. And finally, the fact of check out and payment is particularly problematic, I was charged twice for the same room, it was resolved but I still have the question of how it was created and if the same mistake has been made to other customers
